About The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team on the Woodside contract as a Trainee Business Support Administrator on a 12-month fixed term contract (With the potential for permanent employment). This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone looking to develop their administrative and business support skills while contributing to a high-performing team.

As part of your traineeship, you will complete a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business, gaining valuable qualifications that will enhance your career prospects and practical knowledge.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in areas such as:

  • Data entry, records management, and document preparation
  • Supporting contract administration and reporting
  • Assisting with accounts tasks such as expense submissions and raising purchase orders
  • Coordinating couriers, meetings, room bookings and stationery
  • Supporting onboarding processes and team communications
  • Responding to internal emails and customer inquiries with professionalism
  • Assisting in maintaining compliance with safety, quality and procedural standards
  • Shadowing experienced team members and learning to support larger projects over time

This role is ideal for someone with a strong willingness to learn, a professional attitude, and an interest in administration, project coordination, or the commercial side of operations.
