The Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for hardworking and enthusiastic individuals to join our NSW (Wollongong) team as a 1st year Apprentice, based in Unanderra. Working closely with experienced Tradespeople, Supervisors, and Managers you will gain valuable skills & knowledge to ultimately secure your trade qualification. Your employment engagement will incorporate a combination of both hands on, on the job training and training through TAFE NSW. Over the course of the four-year apprenticeship, you will gain the necessary experience required to continue your career with us as a qualified Tradesperson. You will be provided opportunities to further progress your career as a tradesperson, with opportunities to move into Leadership and Staffing roles at a later stage. An apprenticeship can open a world of possibilities.

- Team work and has a positive attitude to working in a safe and productive manner;
- Ability to follow direction with excellent attention to detail;
- The ability to listen and understand customer and company requirements;
- Commitment to building a long term career;
- Completion of Year 10 or equivalent;
- A current Drivers License is preferred, but not essential; and Completion of a relevant pre-apprenticeship course is advantageous, but not essential.
