About The Opportunity
Programmed Facility Management are seeking experienced LOCAL CASUAL Facilities Services Staff to join our Village & Minesite Management Teams. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of an essential team that provides soft services such as Site Management, Catering, Cleaning and Utility services to well-known Mining and Oil & Gas Companies situated across WA.

Key Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the cleaning and general grounds upkeep of Minesite facilities and Residential properties. That all areas are kept organised, free from hazards and compliant with quality standards, always maintaining a high level of cleanliness and customer service.
You will maintain Ad hoc support to the Site Teams are occasionally required.
Duties include:
- Ensure that the designated work, service and living areas are held to a high standard of cleanliness
- Follow Cleaning Policies and Procedures
- Achieve completion targets within allocated timeframes, respond to timely ad-hoc cleaning requests
- Minesite Cleaning of Site offices and facilities, crib rooms and all ablutions
- Appropriate storage and use of Chemicals
- Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning materials/consumables levels, assist with EOM stock take audits
- Grounds / Utility Maintenance
- Ensure that the designated Grounds areas are kept clean, orderly and properly maintained
- Follow Grounds policies and procedures and be able to complete them within allocated time frames
- Ensure gardens and surrounding grounds are kept maintained and tidy
- Assist with green waste management of facility
- Respond timely to any ad-hoc Grounds maintenance requests
- Keeping daily logs and records of all workorders completed
- Ensuring compliance with Australian standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Notifying the Supervisor of any maintenance requests/issues required within the Village/Site
- Assist Site Manager and other Department Supervisors from time to time, if required
About You
To join our team, you will be an experienced and highly organised Team Player with “can do” attitude, excellent attention to detail, a passion to always provide quality product and first-class customer service (with a smile!).
You will possess previous industrial cleaning experience and/or operating handheld equipment.
A commitment to the safety of yourself and others, at all times is essential.
You will possess:
- VALID WA Driver’s License
- Australian Working Rights
- Ability to pass comprehensive (Client) Pre-Employment Medical including Instant Drug and Alcohol Screening
- Current satisfactory National Police Check (within 6 months)
- Construction White Card
- Pesticide Technician License and/or Certification (desirable)
- Previous experience at a Minesite Village experience with experience / qualifications re First Aid
Additionally, you will also possess the following skills:
- Basic Systems and Technology experience i.e., MS Office, online/web-based Payroll & Training requirements
- Ability to work in a Team; be a self-motivator and take instructions
- Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing work tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate a professional approach in the workplace, with excellent customer service skills
- Have a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others
