About the Role:
As the Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of sales - from prospective meetings to client wins, with the primary objective of sourcing our customers quality talent for their vacancies. You will work closely with new and existing customers to gain an understanding of their hiring trends, Conduct business development follow-up activities and support candidates through to a successful placement.
Key duties will include:
- Sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and filtering candidates for open positions.
- Identifying potential customers by obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations from prior or existing customers.
- Attending onsite meetings, to develop key customer relationships and look for opportunities to improve delivery and cross sell the business.
- Developing and implementing account management plans.
- Managing a workforce of temporary employees
This is a people-focused Recruitment Consultant role, ideal for someone who is confident in building relationships, has a passion for helping others, and brings care, empathy, and solutions to support both clients and candidates.
You will have:
- A minimum of 12 months working experience, ideally in a Sales focused role.
- Experience working in a high-pressured environment, meeting deadlines.
- Fantastic attention to detail and ability to be versatile.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A desire and competitive drive to meet and exceed targets and give it a go!
