About The Opportunity
Programmed’s Facility Management department are currently seeking a Maintenance Administrator/Scheduler to join our Facility Management team based at Rottnest Island. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a high performing team that is responsible for the effective execution of all maintenance work control processes to the efficient and effective use of planning and scheduling all resources to conduct maintenance activities.
Nature of position: Full Time Permanent
Location: Rottnest Island
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures that administrative and support processes are developed, maintained and adhered to in line with company quality systems and processes.
- Ensures all administrative processes are completed in timely and accurate manner.
- Generates reporting as required, meeting specified timeframes and quality standards.
- Coordinates activities throughout customer / client portfolio to ensure effective, efficient maintenance performance including job planning and scheduling.
- Ensures all quotations submitted comply with the contract schedule of rates
- Ensures all schedules for routine maintenance are reviewed as per contract requirements and that work is completed in a safe manner in line with the schedule requirements.
- Receives requests for services from customers, prioritises these requests in line with the agreed service levels and response times.
About You
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have previous administration and/or scheduling maintenance works experience within Facilities Maintenance with excellent communication and Microsoft office skills. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
- Trade or technical qualifications highly desired
- Previous experience in facilities management will be highly advantageous
- Acute attention to detail and exceptional organization skills
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement ability
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with CMMS/Maximo highly desired
