About The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Store Person to join our Facility Maintenance team, supporting the delivery of capital works projects and ongoing maintenance for our key client, Melbourne Airport. Based in Tullamarine, this role is responsible for ensuring the storeroom is well organised, clean, and operating efficiently to support both trade and management teams. This position would suit a candidate with prior stock control and stock take experience, along with a solid understanding of trade materials and processes.

Nature of position: Full-Time

Location: Tullamarine, VIC

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process any receivables/deliveries coming into the warehouse
• Order any equipment or materials required for the team
• Ensure equipment and materials are stored and tracked correctly
• Work closely with trade teams to ensure efficient storeroom function
• Manage and process any receivables coming into the storeroom
• Assist with the implementation of a stock take system
  
  

About You

To thrive in this position, you will have previous experience in a stock take or warehouse role with excellent organisation. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:

• Forklift license is preferable
• Knowledge of trades would be preferable
• Ability to work independently
• First-class stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Intermediate skills with the Microsoft suite
• A strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others
