These services support the safety, functionality, and presentation of social housing and community accommodation relied upon by thousands of Victorians.

The work spans a broad range of residential properties, including community and affordable housing, disability accommodation, and crisis or transitional housing. Services typically include day‑to‑day maintenance, scheduled upkeep, preparing vacant properties for re‑letting, and targeted upgrade works to improve property condition and longevity.
