Programmed Facility Management is seeking experienced Minesite Cleaners to join our team across multiple FIFO mining operations.

The Opportunity

As a Minesite Cleaner, you'll play an important role in maintaining offices, crib rooms, ablutions and operational facilities across site.

This is a physically demanding and fast-paced role where you'll work across large operational areas, maintaining consistently high cleaning standards while ensuring facilities remain safe, clean and presentable for site personnel.

Working both independently and as part of a close-knit team, you'll help support the day-to-day operation of busy mine sites while contributing to a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain site offices, crib rooms, ablutions and operational facilities
• Ensure all work areas are maintained to a consistently high standard
• Complete scheduled cleaning tasks within required timeframes
• Respond to ad hoc cleaning requests across site
• Use and store cleaning chemicals safely and correctly
• Maintain cleaning equipment and consumable stock levels
• Report maintenance issues and damaged equipment promptly
• Follow site safety procedures and cleaning standards at all times
• Work collaboratively with the wider village services team

About You

You're an experienced FIFO Minesite Cleaner who understands the importance of maintaining safe, clean and well-presented operational facilities.

You take pride in your work, have a strong work ethic and are comfortable working in a physically demanding role across large mine sites.

You Will Have

• Previous FIFO Minesite Cleaning experience (essential)
• Strong understanding of safe cleaning practices and workplace hygiene
• Ability to work independently and manage daily workloads effectively
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining standards
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including extended periods of walking and manual handling
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Commitment to working safely and supporting your team

Requirements

• Long-term unrestricted Australian working rights
• Current C Class Driver's Licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last three months)
