About the Opportunity
As a Power BI Developer/ Business Analyst you will play a critical role in designing, developing and maintaining enterprise reporting solutions that provide valuable insights across our facility Management business. Working closely with operational and business stakeholders, you will transform complex datasets into intuitive dashboards and reports that support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain a standardised suite of Power BI dashboards and reports for operational and strategic business reporting
- Extract, transform and analyse data from multiple sources using Power BI technologies
- Optimise report performance, usability and visualisation design to enhance the end-user experience
- Perform reporting governance, validation and quality assurance activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions to identify reporting opportunities and define requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for reporting and analytics solutions
- Publish, manage and maintain approved reports within the Customer Hub platform
- Maintain comprehensive reporting documentation, including technical specifications, data definitions and user guides
- Deliver training and support to business users, enabling greater adoption of standardised reporting capabilities
- Support system mobilisation activities for Customer Hub and forms
- Manage and maintain the Reports Register and reporting inventory
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation across reporting and analytics functions
About You
You are a passionate Power BI Developer who enjoys solving business challenges through data and analytics. You possess strong technical capabilities across Power BI and data modelling, while also having the communication skills to engage stakeholders, understand business requirements and deliver meaningful reporting solutions.
You are naturally curious, detail-oriented and focused on delivering accurate, scalable and visually compelling reports that enable data-driven decision-making.
Desirable:
- Experience within facilities management, property, maintenance, operations or a related industry
- Exposure to the Reporting Hub or self-service reporting platforms
- Experience supporting business transformation, mobilisation or project delivery initiatives
