With capacity for up to 200 people, Munjuda is a new facility providing accommodation and village services for a large FIFO workforce. This is an opportunity to join the operation from the beginning and play a key role in creating a positive and engaging environment for residents.

This is a permanent full-time position on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth.

This is a hands-on role that will suit someone who enjoys engaging with people, organising activities and creating a strong sense of community within a FIFO village.

You'll have the opportunity to establish the lifestyle program at a brand-new facility, working with residents and the wider village team to understand what people want and deliver activities that encourage participation and engagement.

  • Promote upcoming activities and events through appropriate village communication channels
  • Maintain a welcoming, inclusive and positive atmosphere across the lifestyle facilities
  • Monitor and maintain gym and recreation equipment
  • Assist with activity and event budgets and maintain appropriate records
  • Gather resident feedback and use it to continually improve the lifestyle offering
  • Work collaboratively with the Village Management and broader site team
  • Maintain appropriate safety standards across all activities and facilities
