Your Opportunity
Reporting to the Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for timely coordination and implementation of the planning and programming functions required, to assist in achieving the agreed projects objectives and ensure constant up-to-date reporting of the projects program statuses.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Developing design and construction programmes that reflect agreed methodologies and identify key activities, milestones, and constraints.
- Ensuring the processes and controls for planning are carried in accordance with the Construction Management System and Contract requirements
- Liaising with construction personnel on site to ensure that all construction activity data reflects real levels of progress.
- Preparation of staging documentation for meetings and reviews
- Conducting regular reviews against plan and taking corrective actions as required
- Assisting with monthly reviews of the project program with delivery teams and consolidate and compile project program reports
- Supporting and maintaining strong relationships and clear lines of communication with project teams.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Proven ability to effectively engage and communicate with senior stakeholders and project team to achieve best project outcomes
- Previous experienced in Civil construction projects, ideally in a Rail environment
- Proven competency with current industry standard planning software
- Performance Measurement & Reporting - Dashboards & KPM's
