The Project
The project is in the Defence sector on sites located in regional Western Australia. The overall project is more than 2 years in duration, involving significant construction upgrades to airfield asphalt pavements and related infrastructure assets.
Your opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll provide accurate and timely administrative support to ensure smooth project operations. You’ll be an experienced all-rounder who thrives on managing multiple tasks with efficiency and professionalism. This is a FIFO position on a 14/7 roster.
Our minimum requirements for this role are:
- Minimum 5 years FIFO construction project experience
- Ability to coordinate and maintain flights and rosters for site employees
- Payroll processing experience including processing payroll data and data entry
- Accounts payable experience (JDE knowledge highly desirable)
- Great time management with an ability to coordinate, prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook experience
- Strong ability to develop excellent working relationships with all staff, and other key stakeholders
