About North East Link
The Spark Consortium has been selected to deliver the Central Package of the North East Link Project - Victoria's biggest road project.
The Spark Consortium’s Design and Construction Contractor - which comprises Webuild, CPB Contractors, GS Engineering and Construction and China Construction Oceania - will deliver the twin three-lane tunnels and key interchanges for the project.
The Central Package will be delivered as a Public Private Partnership and provides three-lane twin tunnels that will close the missing link in Melbourne’s freeway network from the M80 Ring Road to an upgraded Eastern Freeway, reducing journey times and diverting heavy vehicles away from local roads. Up to 135,000 vehicles will use North East Link every day, reducing congestion in the north-east while maintaining local roads.
About the Opportunity

- Document MEI related workflows and standardise ways of working (process and data)

- Understand and support the maintenance of MEI user journey maps
- Support Project Handover and Spark MEI stakeholders to develop workflow requirements and iterative changes during remaining project phases.
- Ongoing collaboration with stakeholders and execution of change management activities
Minimum requirements for this role:
- 3–7 years’ experience in reporting, delivery support or business improvement roles with a strong data and performance focus.
- Degree qualification in Business, IT, Data Analytics or a related discipline. Project management credentials are highly regarded.
- Strong capability in Power BI (or equivalent), advanced Excel (Power Query, complex formulas, pivot tables) and SQL.
- Hands-on experience using tools such as Jira, Visio and/or Figma to document workflows and manage requirements.
- Experience in construction, engineering or major infrastructure projects is desirable but not essential. Candidates from other sectors with strong reporting capability are encouraged to apply.
- Exposure to requirements gathering and process mapping is advantageous
What we Offer:

- Generous parental leave
- Strong culture charter
- Quarterly social events
