Your Role

As Site Supervisor – Fitout, you’ll play a key role in delivering a world-class healthcare facility. You will:

• Maintaining a comprehensive working knowledge of the contract, the specifications, the EBA and safety and environmental regulations
• Effectively coordinating and supervising the utilisation of all on-site resources for the project
• Ensuring all workers are inducted onto site before commencing work
• Monitoring construction progress and compliance to safety and environmental standards
• Ensuring accurate timesheets are submitted to the pay office within specified timeframes
• Managing site security and material/plant deliveries and storage and general housekeeping
• Ensure all operations are performed in accordance with agreed safe methods of work
• Forward planning daily/weekly/monthly construction work including resource requirements and trade coordination

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 8 years site experience, including at least 1 year as a leading hand.
• Proven ability to manage resources and deliver works up to $10M.
• Strong planning skills (up to 4 weeks ahead) and commercial awareness.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
