Your Opportunity: 

As part of our high-performing Pre-Contracts team, you’ll lead the commercial strategy for major tenders—driving competitive, commercially robust submissions that win work and deliver long-term value. 

You’ll partner with senior stakeholders across estimating, engineering, and project leadership to influence key bid decisions and optimise project outcomes from the outset. 

  • Lead commercial strategy across major tenders and bids 

  • Manage risk, pricing, and contract positioning to maximise win probability 

  • Oversee contract compliance and governance requirements 

  • Drive effective change management processes across bids 

  • Contribute to financial modelling, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews 

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to influence commercial outcomes 

  • Assist in contract negotiations, upstream and downstream 

What you bring: 

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Manager on major infrastructure projects 

  • Strong background in Alliance or complex contract environments 

  • Expertise in contract management, change control, and risk management 

  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills 

  • Ability to influence outcomes in fast-paced, high-value tender environments 

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction, Commerce or similar
