Your opportunity 

  • Manage subcontractor and supplier contracts within cost limits, ensuring targets are met while driving profitability and growth.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Senior Contracts Administrator will sit within the project team and be accountable for:

  • Manage the administration of all subcontractor and supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Oversee project financial administration, including cost tracking, reporting, and budget control.
  • Coordinate and manage site office administration to support efficient project operations.
  • Support the Project Manager in preparing and reviewing monthly reports, including progress updates, programme status, and cost data.
  • Assist in handling contractual matters and resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prepare submissions for variations and claims in line with contract provisions.
Our minimum requirements for this role are:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Degree or TAFE or equivalent) in a related discipline
  • Relevant industry experience. Strong understanding of applicable legislation, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, planning, budgeting, and cost control
  • Proven ability to manage conflict and perform effectively under pressure
  • Highly developed analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated alignment with organisational values such as integrity, accountability, innovation, and delivery
  • Strong commitment to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) principles
