Your opportunity 

  • Implement and maintain the CPB Project Management System, ensure compliance with client requirements, and verify personnel are trained in relevant systems.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Quality Manager will sit within the project team and be accountable for:

  • Implement, maintain, and monitor compliance with the Project Management System, driving continuous improvement in data, document, and records management.
  • Develop and execute the Project Quality Management Plan, and support the preparation of other project management plans.
  • Oversee the nonconformance reporting (NCR) process, analyze trends, and assist with investigations of significant issues.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact project quality.
  • Ensure quality requirements are effectively integrated into all project delivery documentation, including subcontractor and supplier packages.
Our minimum requirements for this role are:
  • Degree in Engineering, Science, or a relevant construction trade qualification
  • Certified Lead Auditor with experience in integrated management systems (QMS, HSE)
  • Experience in construction quality management
  • Strong knowledge of Australian and international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
