About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and driven People & Culture Senior Business Partner to join our Corporate team. In this dynamic role, you will partner with internal stakeholders to deliver impactful HR initiatives and provide end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting leaders to effectively manage and develop their teams while contributing to the delivery of strategic HR priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Corporate business to deliver generalist HR support and advice
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing through LinkedIn, SEEK, and other platforms
  • Support leaders with performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, employment contracts, and legislation
  • Deliver and facilitate training sessions (e.g., induction, performance, EEO, unconscious bias)
  • Support organisational change initiatives and employee transitions
  • Collaborate with HR Admin on employee movements such as promotions and remuneration changes
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

About You

  • Degree-qualified in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in recruitment and/or HR generalist roles
  • Strong experience coaching and influencing leaders
  • Solid understanding of employment legislation and HR practices
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience within engineering or construction (highly regarded)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
