Your opportunity
We are seeking a Structures Supervisor to support the successful delivery of a major data centre project, driving the next wave of digital and AI-enabled growth. We are seeking experienced professionals with a track record of delivering data centre projects and an understanding of the complexities of hyperscale and enterprise-grade environments. This is a career-defining opportunity to contribute to a complex, high-value project and play a key role in its successful delivery through construction, commissioning and handover.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating day-to-day site activities across structural work fronts
• Leading trades, subcontractors and labour teams on site
• Monitoring progress and resolving issues that may impact delivery
• Maintaining strong safety, quality and environmental standards
• Managing site logistics, plant, materials and deliveries
• Reviewing drawings and specifications to support project delivery
• Assisting with short-term planning and resource coordination

What You'll Bring

• A trade qualification or AQF Certificate II in Construction
• Experience as a Supervisor, Leading Hand or similar site leadership role
• Strong knowledge of structural construction methods, drawings and specifications
• Experience coordinating trades, subcontractors, materials and plant on construction projects
• The ability to plan ahead, manage priorities and keep works moving
• A strong commitment to safety, quality and team outcomes
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
