The Project

SkyWay Joint Venture (SkyWay JV) consisting of CPB Contractors and BMD Constructions has been appointed by Perth Airport to undertake the delivery of Perth’s New Runway – Airfield Landside Works (PNR), involving the construction of a new 3,000m long, 45m wide runway.

The new runway is part of the multi-million dollar infrastructure investment by Perth Airport and is the most important piece of aviation infrastructure being built in Western Australia. This work will underpin the future operations of Perth Airport by creating more capacity for airline partners.

PNR is a Construct Only Project at Perth Airport, Western Australia located approximately 13km to the east of Perth CBD. Works are underway and will continue until 2028.

Your Opportunity

As an Assistant Contracts Administrator, you will perform an important role in effectively supporting our contracts team who are managing the procurement and administration of subcontractor and supplier contracts.

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

  • Recent experience in a contracts/procurement role experience within the construction sector with mining & resources or engineering industries (project experience) preferable
  • Experience administering subcontracts including assessment and processing of payment claims
  • Knowledge of commercial, compliance and reporting procedures and processes including Project Cost Reporting (PCR)
  • Ability to assist with month end cost reconciliation including assessment and accrual of work done
  • Experience in assisting in management of subcontracts post contract execution
  • Ability to assist in provision of procurement support.
