Primary Purpose of the Position
To contribute to the achievement of the CPB and Business Unit plans and strategy by delivering HR related initiatives and support in the area of professional HR information systems
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Work in accordance and demonstrate commitment to the Project’s Culture & Values.
- Support business leaders in improving business performance through people.
- Simplify tools and processes for HR across the business unit.
- Help create and support innovation and organisational change.
- Strong working relationships, liaising with internal and external specialists as required.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Degree qualified in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or related discipline
- Experience in generalist human resources work.
- Experience in generalist operational HR function.
- Demonstrated capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer literacy with software packages (Word, Excel, Oracle).
