CBGU JV brings together partners CPB Contractors, BAM, Ghella and UGL to deliver the Tunnels and Stations package for Brisbane’s Cross River Rail. Cross River Rail is a 10.2 kilometre rail line between Dutton Park and Bowen Hills, including 5.9 kilometres of tunnel under the Brisbane River and CBD. The project also includes construction of four new high-capacity underground stations at Boggo Road, Woolloongabba, Albert Street, Roma Street and redevelopment of the existing Dutton Park station.

We are seeking an Administrator to sit within our Project. You will provide administrative and team support to the project commercial team through proactive coordination of finance management and project activities.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing support to the project teams on a professional and confidential basis, including compilation and reconciliation of expense reports and travel.
- General Administration
- Assisting with preparation of presentations, reports, draft correspondence and various administrative matters as required by line manager.
- Compilation and preparation of monthly business reports.
Minimum requirements for this role include the following:
- Previous administration experience ideally within a construction or resources environment.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own time effectively.
