Job Duties

 Manage and keep updated the design, manufacturing, and installation schedule of DfMA components.

Oversee the setup of the factory ready for manufacturing, including,

• Factory layout and production line set up.
• Tooling and equipment procurement and delivery.
• Ensuring all operations meet and exceed the required safety standards.
• Developing Inspection and test plans and QAQC procedures for the factory

Ensure all sub-contractor material submissions are completed, submitted, and approved within the required time frames.

Ensure all materials are delivered and available for manufacture as per the agreed schedule.

Working closely with factory supervisor to ensure daily activities in the factory are achieved as per the schedule.

Carry out pre-inspection of components prior to final inspection.

Coordination of internal and external final inspections of completed products.

Coordination with the site team and arrangement of transport for shipping modules to site

 Job Requirements

• Experience with multi discipline MEPF coordination.
• Experience with managing project schedules.
• Experience with managing subcontractors.
