Key Responsibilities:

Procurement:

• Perform quantity take-off, design change review, and BOQ preparation.
• Support the estimating team and occasionally conduct first-level checking of junior QS deliverables.

Subcontractor/Supplier Management:

• Understand product specifications and coordinate with prospective suppliers.
• Gather information on product cost, availability, specifications, delivery timelines, and terms & conditions.
• Perform first-level review of supplier documentation and highlight discrepancies to supervisors.

Site Management:

• Conduct regular site visits to track progress against scope requirements.
• Prepare progress reports, manage valuation and payment processing, and handle documentation and change orders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of quantity surveying experience in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software is advantageous.
• Strong accuracy and efficiency in performing tasks.
• Excellent compliance and cost-saving focus.
• Effective in managing procurement and subcontractor/supplier coordination.
• Capable of providing support to the estimating team and conducting first-level checking of junior QS deliverables.
• Ability to manage site visits, track progress, prepare progress reports, handle documentation, and manage change orders with effective feedback from supervisors.
• Amenable to work on a full onsite work setup in Makati City.
