Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with major in HR or related field, Master’s degree is an advantage.
- 15++ years of experience in HR
- Experience in Project Site, especially in Oil & Gas or Construction
- willing to be placed on site and follow the company's roster schedule
- Able to present and communicate, both in bahasa and english for business purpose.
Key Accountabilities:
- Effectively lead and inspire a high performing team operating across different geographies and sectors with different client and technical requirements.
- Monitor and measure HR performance in order to promote HR/people management throughout LAIO.
- Understands and comply with safety procedures.
