About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead and drive the Quality strategy across our Hong Kong & Macau operations. This role is critical in ensuring quality standards, compliance, and continuous improvement are embedded throughout the business and project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the Business Unit’s Quality strategy and culture
- Monitor, track, and report on quality performance across projects
- Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and company standards
- Provide guidance to project teams on quality systems and best practices
- Oversee quality audits, inspections, and certification processes
- Drive corrective and preventive actions for quality issues
- Develop and deliver quality training programs across teams
- Manage documentation, reporting, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Lead continuous improvement, innovation, and digital quality initiatives
- Manage and mentor the Quality team to achieve high performance
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in a construction-related discipline
- 12–15 years of experience in Quality Management
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems
- Experience in strategy development and implementation
- Proven leadership experience managing teams
- Strong understanding of construction and business processes
- Experience working in multicultural environments
- Proficient in MS Office and database tools
