About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead and drive the Quality strategy across our Hong Kong & Macau operations. This role is critical in ensuring quality standards, compliance, and continuous improvement are embedded throughout the business and project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement the Business Unit’s Quality strategy and culture
  • Monitor, track, and report on quality performance across projects
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and company standards
  • Provide guidance to project teams on quality systems and best practices
  • Oversee quality audits, inspections, and certification processes
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions for quality issues
  • Develop and deliver quality training programs across teams
  • Manage documentation, reporting, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • Lead continuous improvement, innovation, and digital quality initiatives
  • Manage and mentor the Quality team to achieve high performance

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in a construction-related discipline
  • 12–15 years of experience in Quality Management
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems
  • Experience in strategy development and implementation
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams
  • Strong understanding of construction and business processes
  • Experience working in multicultural environments
  • Proficient in MS Office and database tools
