About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Engineering Coordinator (BIM Coordinator) to support project delivery for a data centre project. This role will focus on managing federated models, coordinating MEP design, and ensuring digital information is maintained across the full project lifecycle—from design through construction and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate federated BIM models and digital deliverables
• Perform clash detection, model reviews, and issue resolution
• Coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, and Cabling) systems
• Support 4D planning, sequencing, and constructability reviews
• Maintain Common Data Environment (ACC, Procore, etc.)
• Ensure structured asset data capture for project handover
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Support digital engineering standards and best practices

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital engineering / BIM coordination
• Experience working on large-scale or mission-critical projects (data centre experience is a plus)
• Willing to work in Makati every Mondays - Fridays

Required Skills

• Proficiency in BIM tools and model management
• Experience with Navisworks, Revizto, ACC, iConstruct, or similar platforms 
• Strong knowledge of clash detection and model federation
• Understanding of MEP systems coordination
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 and digital information management
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
