Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage construction claims (EOT, variations, cost claims)
• Handle contract administration and ensure project compliance
• Review project documents and identify claim opportunities
• Support negotiations and dispute resolution
• Work closely with engineering and project teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sr. QS in construction projects
• Strong claims expertise (mandatory)
• Tunneling or underground project experience required
• Knowledge of FIDIC or similar contracts
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
