Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Power Platform, Copilot, and Power BI environments
• Apply governance controls (DLP, security, access, environment setup)
• Handle access requests, incidents, and configurations
• Monitor platform performance, usage, and licensing
• Support deployments and lifecycle management (ALM)
• Assist with Copilot and Power BI administration
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed
• Maintain documentation and follow standard processes

Requirements

• Basic experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, or Dataverse
• Exposure to Power BI and/or Microsoft Copilot
• Understanding of security, governance, and environment management
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work with teams and follow processes
