Job Purpose

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on HR professional with strong recruitment expertise to support the manpower ramp-up of upcoming construction projects. This role will play a critical part in driving high-volume recruitment initiatives, ensuring timely mobilization of project staff, while serving as Project HR supporting the full employee lifecycle for assigned project teams.
