Purpose of the Role:

• Lead the Construction Phase Services (CPS) portfolio (ground engineering)
• Work with and support the stream and regional General Managers to develop and plan capabilities, knowledge, skills and attitude to ensure that portfolio has the right people to deliver on its business plan.
• Develop and deliver on the approved portfolio strategy / business plan and drive the business performance, value creation and innovation.
• Build capability in portfolio and CIMIC Operating Companies.
