Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated project schedules from pre-construction through project execution.
- Prepare baseline programmes, recovery schedules, progress updates, and look-ahead plans.
- Coordinate closely with project, commercial, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project milestones.
- Analyze project performance, identify delays and risks, and recommend mitigation measures.
- Support claims, extension of time submissions, and schedule-related commercial matters.
- Track progress and provide accurate reporting to project stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4+ years of planning/scheduling experience in construction projects.
- Extensive hands-on experience using Primavera P6 is required.
- Proven experience handling large-scale, complex projects such as:
- Data Centers
- Hospitals
- Infrastructure Projects
- Strong experience in planning and scheduling for both CSA and MEP works.
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, resource planning, progress measurement, and risk management.
- Experience in developing and maintaining detailed construction schedules, cash flow forecasts, and manpower histograms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
