Currently, Leighton Indonesia is looking for Modular / DfMA Coordinator for Data Center Project.
This role is critical in help to ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products and services to both internal and third-party clients while maintaining strong financial, operational, and safety performance. The engineering and manufacturing manager will take ownership of Profit and Loss (P&L) for the business unit, champion health and safety, and lead initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Oversee the design, integration, and coordination of MEP systems across projects.
• Drive adoption of offsite construction techniques for improved efficiency and sustainability.
• Implement and manage detailed project schedules for on-time delivery.
• Foster a continuous improvement mindset to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Act as a key point of contact for the project team, ensuring strong relationships and successful project outcomes.
• Promote the benefits of offsite manufacturing and modular construction to the project team and industry partners.
