Responsibilities

• Review, design and develop solutions for ICT reporting requirements including analytics, dashboards and reports using BW/4HANA and SAP CDS Views
• Maintain consistent and timely documentation of Data & Analytics solutions
• Deliver BI solutions within agreed budget, quality and timeline
• Manage BAU support and maintain the Data & Analytics landscape lifecycle
• Ensure ICT SLA targets are met
• Communicate status, issues, risks and opportunities to the Data & Analytics Lead
• Maintain effective working relationships with ICT and business stakeholders
• Support management of software and hardware licenses within the domain
• Ensure compliance with security, authorisation, and enterprise architecture standards
• Work with project managers and functional leads to resolve delivery issues and manage risks
• Contribute to BI architecture and roadmap

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in IT or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in Data & Analytics
• Experience in ETL and data modelling
• Strong knowledge of BW/4HANA, SAP CDS Views, and SAP HANA SQLScript
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and performance tuning
• Experience using Power BI for reporting and dashboards
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, SQL, and Python
• Understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP
