Located five kilometres south of Muswellbrook in the Upper Hunter Valley of New South Wales, Mt Arthur Coal is an open cut mine, producing thermal coal.
About the Role
Kicking off in 2017 as a greenfield operation, Mount Pleasant Operation has grown into a world class project and is situated just outside of Muswellbrook. You will work a 5/4, 4/5,5/5 12 hour day shift roster which will include weekends.
As a valued member of our Maintenance team, the Warehouse Officer will provide exceptional service to our internal customers and contribute to the efficient and effective running of our Store.
In this role, you will:
- Comply with all safety procedures
- Managing inbound and outbound goods
- Keeping the stores in a tidy and safe condition
- Issue parts correctly as required by the maintenance team
- Run stock reports and determine stock levels, reorder items as required
- Maintain accurate delivery items receipting
About You

Extensive knowledge of warehousing and logistics within a mine site environment

Exceptional organisational, communication and time management skills

Strong problem-solving skills to handle stakeholder complaints and solving business problems

JDE software experience and proficient in the use of Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

Forklift High Risk licence
