About The Role
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization.
- Working knowledge of enterprise ICT environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices desirable.
- Active Directory user account administration- Creation/deletion/management of objects, DL/Shared mailbox/Contact management, Managing Attributes, Moving Objects.
- Working knowledge of an ICT incident call management system. (Service Now desirable).
- Working knowledge of common desktop software including Windows 10 and MS Office365.
- Working knowledge of workstation hardware and peripheral devices.
- Good to have an exposure of server technologies such as Active Directory, Group Policy, Citrix and SCCM.
- Desk phone management (Cisco/Avaya).
- Microsoft O365 Administration (Identity/Exchange/Security/Teams).
- Knowledge of Anti-Virus/security practices.
- 24x7 Network monitoring.
- Ability to provide in-depth technical PC support and analysis.
Requirements
- Experience of working within a complex ICT environment.
- Demonstrated experience in the operation and technical support of PC’s, associated peripherals and software in a complex windows environment.
- Experience with working in an environment that is tracked via an incident management tool.
