ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting permanent opportunity for experienced Multi Skilled Operator that holds their Trainer Assessor ticket to join our training team on site. This is a fantastic chance to put your skills to work on one of Queensland's largest mining projects while enjoying an attractive salary.
As a Multi Skilled Operator and Trainer Assessor you'll play a key role in upskilling our production workforce. Your focus will be on delivering safe, effective, and engaging training to our operators, ensuring compliance with both site and industry standards.
- Deliver hands-on training and assessment for truck operators
- Support the implementation of site-specific training strategies and initiatives
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to training solutions
- Promote a strong safety culture across the workforce

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Minimum of 1 year of prior working experience operating Haul Trucks, Dozers, Graders and/or Excavators in a coal mining environment
- Current and valid SSE signed verified machinery skill lists (Training transcripts), LMS documents
- Current Trainer/Assessor qualification (Enterprise Trainer/Assessor or equivalent)
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
- Previous experience as a Trainer Assessor in open cut operations
- Current QLD Drivers Licence
- Current Standard 11
