About the role
This role is responsible to ensure the successful planning, resourcing and implementation of the Thiess Group Holdings Project Review Program as well as to assist the Head of Risk & Governance in implementing the "simplify" program across Thiess' procedures, standards, policies, and other governance documents to give effect to the Governance Policy and the Policy Pyramid.
In this role, you will:
- Assist the project reviews updates on system including Synergy, IAuditor and Excel
- Create effective reports and data analysis through entry and management of data and assist Reviewers to follow up actions
- Arrange resourcing and logistics and timing for all aspects of Project Reviews including efficient travel to and from site and accommodation
- Provide diary management, including coordination of meetings, managing diary bookings, venues, equipment and catering bookings, notifying of appointments, and resolving booking conflicts according to business priority
- Assist the Group Executive with team functions, office management and Internal Communications & engagement
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Group Executive, Commercial, Strategy & Sustainability and the teams in his portfolio, including budgets and business planning
About you
- Business, Finance, Health and safety, Governance or Marketing related degree qualification
- 5-10 years' experience preferred
- Proficiency in Synergy, SharePoint and Office suite (especially Excel) with familiarity with Power BI is preferred
- Superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with confident interaction with people at all levels of an organisation
- Skilled at balancing conflicting priorities and meeting deadlines within compressed timeframes
