About The Role
 
We are seeking an Store person/Trades Assistant to join our Thiess Western Region Maintenance hub located in Hazelmere, working Monday to Friday roster.  The Maintenance Hub is designed to support repairs and refurbish a variety of Mining Equipment and Components within Thiess and subsidiary internal Asset refurbishment requirements as well as external key Tier 1 mining customers. 
 
In this role, you will:
  • Wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods 
  • Maintaining inventory and associated records 
  • Stock reconciliation of quantity and cost for company audit 
About you
  • Detailed knowledge of warehousing and logistics 
  • 3+ years experience in a warehouse/logistics role – ideally within a construction or mining environment 
  • JDE software experience advantageous
  • Current HR drivers licence (desirable)  
  • Forklift High Risk licence required
  • You will also need to possess a high regard for and practice health and safety at all times
