As our next Maintenance Scheduler, you will be based at our Hazelmere workshop on a 5/2 roster providing support to our maintenance team.
Some of your duties will include:
- Plan and schedule daily workshop jobs and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate labour, parts, and equipment to meet deadlines
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as required
- Liaise with supervisors, tradespeople, and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate job and scheduling records
- Proactively identify and resolve workflow issues
What skills and experience do you need?
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar scheduling or coordination role
- Mechanical trade certificate preferred
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
