The Opportunity

Thiess is seeking experienced and motivated accountant finance to join our high-performing team at Jakart Head Office

As an Accountant Finance you will:

• Be responsible for daily operational of Finance & Accounting related to end to end Invoicing to Receipt Process, GL Reconciliation, Monthly Financial Reporting Deliverables, Document control, Journal & Accrual, JDE processing, and other financial and administration function associated with Finance in Jakarta.
• Process finance documentation records and management unit file system.
• End to end Invoicing to Receipt Process includes actively maintain correspondence with commercial team, projects and clients
• Perform GL Reconciliation
• Manage and ensure bookkeeping and journal posted in accordance with Indonesia GAAP, IFRS, and Thiess Group Standard
• End of month process including preparing financial reporting package deliverables
• Journal entries and accruals in JDE
• Assist in Ad Hoc reporting as necessary/required related to financial data
• Assist in document control process

About you

• Graduated from bachelor's degree in accounting  Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the Accounting
• Has understanding of Accounting standard and principle
• Proficient in accounting principles and concepts, relevant legislative requirements and numerical problems, and computer literacy. Has previous experience financial accounting, general ledger management. Journal entries & reconciliation. Prepayments and accruals. Cost accounting and onth end and year end closing process.
• Fluent in english both written and oral
• Has understanding JDE Oracle system.
• Has initiative in completion of tasks.
• has teamwork and communication skills
• Advance user Microsoft office.
