The Spark Consortium has been selected to deliver the Central Package of the North East Link Project - Victoria's biggest road project. 

The Spark Consortium’s Design and Construction Contractor - which comprises Webuild, CPB Contractors, GS Engineering, and China Construction Oceania - will deliver the twin three-lane tunnels and key interchanges for the project.

About the opportunity:

To support the delivery of the North East Link Central Package, we are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team. We require someone with experience in bulk & detailed earthworks including drainage install, pavements & asphalt incl finishing works. The role will also be exposed to a mixture of self-perform and subcontractor management. Role required for immediate start and candidates must be  flexible with nightshift.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ideally, previous experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contractor on a civil project 
• Proven experience in successfully delivering large work packages
• Excellent awareness of, and attitude toward Safety
• High level verbal and written communication skills
• Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions for the project
• Effective communication and builds positive relationships with clients, project team, management, suppliers and subcontractors
• Previous experience with budget control and site delivery management
• Self-motivated
• Exceptional Team Leadership skills
• Computer literacy on MS systems & Outlook

Certificate III in Civil & Construction or Certificate IV in Civil & Construction (or equivalent) is desirable.
