Reporting to the Head of Loyalty, this role leads the development, delivery, and optimisation of the MYER one loyalty program, including the value proposition provided to Members. The Senior Loyalty Product Manager works with key business stakeholders to drive key MYER one metrics and overall engagement in the program.

About the role:
- Manages and delivers a continuous improvement program that shapes and evolves the loyalty program to meet changing needs of Members
- Optimises key program benefits to drive maximum return on investment and customer engagement, including the development and delivery of new program benefits and experiences
- Supports the core Loyalty team to develop and enhance key loyalty program assets and infrastructure across all channels, specifically key benefits, and program value education
- Develops strategies, deliverables, processes, and guidelines for existing and new loyalty tiered benefits ensuring Members get the most value from the program
- Drives the delivery of a digitisation and personalisation program that aims to modernise the loyalty program while increasing engagement and optimising ROI
- Works with key business stakeholders and partners to improve the Member proposition and educate and build awareness of MYER one across the business
- Works with key business stakeholders to drive MYER one adoption and key metrics, including Tag Rate, Acquisition and contactability across stores and digital channels
- Manages key loyalty product projects and initiatives ensuring these are delivered within required timeframes and budgets
- Analyses customer insights and key customer metrics to adapt and optimise program to enhance member engagement and drive incremental LTV
- Finds ways to commercialise where relevant program benefits, offers and experiences
- Supports the Member Experience Specialist with the development and delivery of high valued Member benefits and experiences, as required
About you:
- Macro and micro understanding of global loyalty trends and the overall loyalty landscape to ensure excellent product delivery and ability to recommend improvements, develop strategy and identify opportunities based on expert knowledge
- 3+ years Loyalty Product Management experience, preferably in a retail or consumer driven environment
- Intermediate experience in loyalty management systems
- Intermediate experience in using Excel to create financial models to assess financial viability and ROI of key initiatives
- Experience creating, disseminating, and presenting strategy to senior business stakeholders
- Strong customer and analytical skills
- Flexible in accepting new challenges, strong communication and organisational skills
