Myer is looking for an eCommerce Lead to drive the tactical aspects of the eCommerce channel, focusing on immediate sales drivers, operational efficiencies and the execution of short term projects

About the role:

• Execute day-to-day eCommerce strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Implement trade and promotional plans in line with broader eCommerce strategies.
• Oversee operational processes to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Lead small-scale projects that contribute to eCommerce platform's enhancements.
• Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports for management review.
• Effectively manage both local and offshore teams to ensure seamless operations and the achievement of outcomes
• Coordinate with cross functional and external teams to achieve day-to-day execution of operational targets.
• Ensure internal and supplier processes are kept up to date, engaging key stakeholders in the improvement, adoption and iteration of process.
• Oversee the prompt resolution of pricing and compliance issues across Myer Group websites.

About you:

• Previous experience in eCommerce or Merchandise role essential, preferably within the retail sector
• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
• A passion for eCommerce and user experience
• A strong team player who is able to work collaboratively with both internal and external teams
• Ability to work within a fast‐paced environment
• Experience with website analytics, ideally Google analytics
• Experience in eCommerce platforms, PIMs or search and merchandising tools
• Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite – particularly in Microsoft Excel
