Myer is looking for a Loyalty Operations Specialist to support the Loyalty Operations Manager in delivering the day-to-day operations of the Myer One program. This role ensures the program runs efficiently and remains customer-focused, playing a key part in maintaining a seamless experience for Myer One members while contributing to the overall success of Myer’s loyalty strategy.

About the role:

• Resolving Member issues escalated by the outsourced MXC Team Members and Leadership.
• Assist in delivering Reward Card issuance, Annual Census, Case resolution and daily membership packs.
• Maintaining the accuracy of the MYER one database.
• Communication with Myer IT, MYER one key stakeholders (internal & external) to ensure successful execution of the Loyalty program.
• Ensuring legal requirements of the MYER one Program are met.
• Drives a continuous improvement plan through analysing, optimising and actioning key customer and performance insights to drive optimisation and efficiency across core operational aspects of the Loyalty Program.

• Strong retail experience with empathy in how changes in the customer experience impact loyalty
• Flexible in accepting new challenges, strong communication and organisational skills
• Honesty, Integrity, and ability to always maintain confidentiality
