Myer is looking for an eCommerce Reporting & Analysis Lead (known as eCommerce Planning Lead in our organisation) to take ownership of our reporting suite and help drive smarter decision-making across the business. Responsible for solving complex business problems and can translate numbers into meaningful stories that influence business outcomes.

  • Extract, transform, and analyse data from multiple sources (including SQL databases) to support decision-making.
  • Monitor and interpret eCommerce performance metrics, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights that guide strategic and operational priorities.

About you:

  • Strong capability in working with and manipulating data, with advanced Excel.
  • SQL experience (data extraction and querying) – highly desirable
  • Experience using reporting and data visualization tools (such as GA4, MicroStrategy, or Looker)
  • Ability to automate reports and build intuitive dashboards that enable self-service insights.
  • Solid understanding of eCommerce KPIs, performance metrics, and digital analytics
  • Strong analytical mindset, with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment (ideally retail or eCommerce)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Analytics, Data Science, eCommerce, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a reporting, data analyst, or eCommerce analytics role

Benefits to you:

  • Generous team member discounts on all Myer products, including team-member exclusive discounts.
  • Access to lifestyle leave and volunteer leave – arrange work around your life, not life around work.
  • A supportive leadership and team network to set you up for success.
  • Career growth and succession opportunities across the business.
