Myer is looking for an eCommerce Planning Manager to lead the development and management of budgets, forecasts, and strategic insights for your assigned business unit. You will align commercial strategies with financial targets, partner with cross-functional teams to capture market intelligence and continuously improve planning processes that support trade performance.
About the role:
- Assist in Digital Commerce financial planning, including the build of budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis of their aligned business unit.
- Provide financial insights to support Digital Commerce decision-making and strategy execution.
- Ensure plans are accurate and are in alignment with financial strategies.
- Monitor financial performance and help make recommendations for improvements.
- Foster collaboration between Finance, Merchandise Planning, Supply Chain, and Digital Trade teams.
- Contribute to financial models aimed at improving business profitability.
About you:
- Extensive experience in Merchandise Planning, eCommerce Trade and/or Commercial Planning, ideally in the retail sector and with P&L understanding
- Proven experience in financial management and strategic planning within eCommerce
- Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to build and maintain positive, productive relationships with key stakeholders to influence their strategy and decision-making processes.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Flexible in accepting new challenges and working in a fast-paced environment
- Team oriented and thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment
