About the role:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver exceptional customer service, skincare consultations, and personalised beauty rituals
• Perform premium Clarins face and body treatments to brand standards
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain strict hygiene and presentation
• Provide expert product knowledge and explain treatment benefits
• Recommend tailored home-care routines and drive retail product sales
• Build strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and re-bookings
• Support the MYER counter through exceptional service and brand representation
• Maintain retail displays and ensure the counter reflects Clarins’ luxury image
• Achieve daily treatment, sales and re-booking targets
• Manage bookings, client records and day-to-day operational tasks
• Participate in Clarins training sessions and stay updated on new products
