As Counter Manager at MYER, you’ll inspire your team to deliver exceptional client experiences while representing a brand grounded in natural skincare and holistic beauty. You’ll drive results, share your passion for botanically based products, and help clients discover radiant, healthy skin through Jurlique’s unique farm-to-skin philosophy.

• Position based at Myer Melbourne City
• Permanent part time position, 25 hours per week

About the role:

• Lead, motivate, and coach your team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales targets
• Drive counter performance through effective planning, goal setting, and daily leadership
• Conduct personalised skincare consultations and share Jurlique’s farm-to-skin story with clients
• Ensure the counter maintains excellent visual presentation and merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
• Manage stock levels, replenishment, and inventory control to support business needs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat sales
• Collaborate with MYER management and Jurlique field teams to execute promotions and brand initiatives
• Support the team’s growth through training, development, and ongoing coaching
• Uphold MYER and Jurlique policies while fostering a positive, professional team culture
