As a Beauty Therapist at MYER, you’ll deliver personalised facial treatments and expert skincare advice, helping clients achieve their most radiant, confident selves. About the role:

• Deliver luxurious facial treatments and personalised skincare consultations
• Provide expert advice on Lancôme skincare, makeup, and fragrance to meet client needs
• Create exceptional client experiences that reflect Lancôme’s prestige and French heritage
• Achieve individual and counter sales targets through product recommendations and upselling
• Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat visits
• Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting treatment environment
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and counter presentation align with brand guidelines
• Participate in training programs to enhance skincare expertise and product knowledge
• Support the Counter Manager in promotions, events, and client outreach activities
• Uphold MYER and Lancôme standards and policies, ensuring compliance and professionalism
